Walk-ins are always welcome for regular visits. Booking ahead is only needed for birthday parties or large school/group visits, since those reserve part of the floor.
Can adults enter without a paying child?
Guardians accompanying a child enter free of charge. Adults visiting without a child should ask at the front desk about our guardian-seating areas.
Is there food available on-site?
Yes — every branch has a small food and retail counter with snacks, drinks, and a few toys, so a full visit doesn't require stepping out.
